“Dear George...A belated thank you for the great job you did marketing our new custom home in Highlands Ranch.
I have worked with numerous Realtors over the years and without question you have done the best job of consistently doing what you said you would do and communicating to me. I always appreciated you keeping me informed of what was happening with ongoing marketing, open houses or showings. I never once had to initiate a call to see what kind of activity we were having on the house.
In addition to doing a professional job marketing a house that had been on the market almost two years with 5 other real estate companies, you sold it in less than 90 days in a more difficult market....and for more than I thought possible! Good work, and thanks again...“

Honesty, integrity and professionalism are not just words to George, but the manner in which he has performed real estate services for over 24 years.
After graduation with a BS in mathematics in 1970, George became a permanent resident of Denver in 1971, and after 9 years in the construction field, decided on real estate as a career that has the independence, variety and opportunities that are only offered in a true entrepreneurial industry such as real estate sales.
Whether performing listing duties or acting as an exclusive buyer's agent, George has complete over 1,445 sales during his career, an effort that rewarded him in being named to the President's Club every year since receiving his real estate license.
George has received over 250 hours of workshop/tutorial programs to better understand and perform his tasks as an expert Relocation Counselor. He has relocated over 380 families in his career and is regularly referred to by leading agents and relocation companies throughout the country to handle both incoming and outbound transferees.
In the 1980’s, Denver was reliant on the oil industry for a great majority of jobs and when the oil "bust" hit, jobs were lost and a glut of homes for sale and foreclosures swept through the Denver area. George was instantly thrust into a marketplace of assisting banks and lenders to dispose of their properties.
From time to time George has performed the tasks as a Managing Broker and in 1990 he was selected to develop a Guaranteed Sales Program. He produced and published the Guaranteed Sales Manual and trained over 50 agents on how to properly execute the complex combined listing and buying of a property simultaneously.
Because of George's construction experience, new homes have been a natural for him to sell, and, in some years, have accounted for 65% of his closed transactions. Homebuilders appreciate his knowledge of construction techniques and their processes so much that George has served on numerous Builder/Realtor focus panels. These panels are made up of qualified Realtors who are encouraged to render their input and suggestions to the Builder before he begins a new project or series of homes.
Today, George is simply continuing to enjoy what he has always loved, assisting people in selling and buying homes. He truly practices "a consultant's philosophy......a servant's heart".

“Dear George....As I think you know, I am NOT crazy about “Realtors“! But I have to say that your handling of the sale of our home in Englewood, was very impressive. In addition, I felt that the entire association---from the listing of the property thought the final closing of the sale, was one of the most pleasant in my entire 65 years of life.
You are very professional, in the best senses of that word; but in becoming professional you have had the wisdom and humility to keep your human warmth. You have the ability to be and are technically accurate; but you have the common sense to temper the technicalities with sound pragmatism. In short, it seem to me you are a model of Benjamin Franklin's very sound advice on how one should live and work...“Everything in Moderation“.
My wife and I both thank you for a job very well done...“
Richard R. Helmick, Attorney at Law
“George...Thanks so much for all your help and support in selling my mom's house. This was a real hard time for me, but having your help sure made it a lot easier. Thanks again, and if I ever know anyone needing a qualified Realtor, I'll be pleased to give them your name...“
